Kawakawa Cultural Festival
On friday the Kapa Haka Roopu went to the Kawakawa Cultural Festival. We had two weeks to put together 5 items. What I enjoyed was doing the haka. Next time we come I want to perform a full bracket to show others. I think our Roopu did well with using our hoe of Tumia to put these five items together in two weeks, and representing our school.

Kia ora Kingi, it’s Emma from Paihia School. I enjoyed reading your post about the Kapa haka festival in Kawakawa because it made me feel happy that you were able to represent Paihia School with all of your hoe. It looks like you enjoyed yourself and you and the roopu had a good time. Next time maybe you could add some pictures of your performance, besides that your presentation was well presented. What do you think the rest of the roopu did well?
